Victory Day is very popular holiday here, the military parade is held on the Victory Day's morning on Red Square.
And usually the city authorities blow away the clouds to provide the sunny weather for the holy day (64 million roubles (about 2,130,000 in USdollars) invested this year in airplanes and special "rain-away" cocktail, radio said).
This photo is from my friends' window today. Wrong weather for picnic.
Maybe they should have presented with this money the small crowd of the WorldWarII veterans left in the city...
