Neil Leifer

As a 50-year veteran in the sports photography industry, Neil Leifer has covered a staggering 15 Olympic Games, as well as countless Super Bowls, World Series, Kentucky Derbies and World Cup finals. When it comes to sport, the man's seen and shot it all. Leifer's iconic images have graced the pages of Life Magazine, TIME, Newsweek, Sports Illustrated and more – and his 1965 shot of Muhammad Ali standing over Sonny Liston during their heavyweight title bout remains one of the most recognizable images in sports photography today. Much like the athletes he's shot, Leifer's a legend in his own right. Got questions?
